it's Friday today!!! I should feel happy but... i gonna attend training tmr... T_T
made muffin last night for this morning's breakfast.
the lunch : ginger onion chicken
it taste so nice and it's so easy to cook!
first time cooking it and it was successful.
this is one of Yuan Yuan's favourite dish, so i learn it~
姜葱鸡做法:1、将鸡肉洗净剁成块,拿盐、酱油腌10分钟;2、切数片姜,准备数条葱,在此提醒一定要用那种带葱头的葱,那样才有香味。3、烧热油,放入鸡肉与姜翻炒,加入些许酱油、水,开煮啦!注:加入料酒以去肉腥 ( I didn't put this)4、煮5分钟后,将葱放入,10分钟后,加勾芡,收汁,上盘。小贴士:如果想要鸡肉颜色好看,可以在勾芡里 (corn flour mixed with water) 加点酱油。

and tonight, using the terriyaki sauce , we bake the chicken fillet and eat with veges..
something like Korean bbq.. it taste really good!!!
adding honey will make it even tastier~
