健康燕麦muffin

减肥餐都会有燕麦这位好朋友。。

低脂,高纤维。。减肥的好伙伴。

积极减肥但又爱吃的我,就做了健康燕麦muffin。

好好吃哦。。 食谱简单又容易。


1)Pre-heat oven 200 degree, then get a bowl :
beat 2 eggs, then add in milk (1 cup) ,
vanilla essence (1tspn), and sunflower oil (5 Tbs).

2) get another big bowl and mix well flour (half cup),
oat (1 cup), baking powder (1tspn),
sodium bicarbonate / soda powder (1tspn)
and raisin (as much as u like)


3) make well in the middle of (2), add in (1)
and slightly mix well. (do not over mix!)

4) grease the muffin pan/cup with butter or sunflower oil.

5) spoon into the muffin pan and bake for 20 min
until turn golden brown.

serve hot or cold.


ps: for better taste, separate yolk and egg white.
use egg yolk as in (1). Separately, beat egg white until rise
and wont drop when u turn the bowl upside down.

after step (3), add in egg white and stir really soft and mix well.
