材料:
奶油(butter) ---------------------- 40g
蛋 (egg)------------------------ 4個
糖 (sugar)------------------------ 30g
蜂蜜 (honey) ---------------------- 30g
牛奶 (honey)---------------------- 280 cc
低筋麵粉 (flour) ------------------ 110g
天然香草精 (vanilla flavoring) -------------------- 1/4 小匙
做法:
奶油隔水加熱融化
(melt the butter on the top of hot water)
依序加入蛋、糖和蜂蜜、天然香草精混拌均勻,再加入隔水加熱融化的奶油及篩入低筋麵
(add in egg, sugar, honey, and vanilla and mixed well, add in melted butter and sieved in flour)
粉拌勻後,再慢慢加入牛奶,攪拌均勻後,先靜置30分鐘,再用平底鍋煎成一張張的餅皮。
(afterall, add in milk slowly and stir until mixed well. Rest for 30 min and fry using frying pan.

yah.. Nadeje is the shop name, the cake name Hokaido layer cake.
