Above pic show two types of Single storey terrace house. Type A is the conventional type, while Type B is a more modern type. Pls vote which one would you choose to buy if you have to choose from the 2. Thank you.

Type A: Most common design. comments:
1. can you break the wall between dining and living room? so it can have bigger space. if want to separate it, it can owes have a big cabinet which is see through to replace a wall.
2. About master bedroom. Most people dont like this design de... coz door str8 facing the bed. if someone open the door will terkejut and bcoz TV jz outside door will bit noisy to masterroom. Idea: rotate the bathroom -90' and open door at midlle of room. Bed can put with leg facing living room wall. so can have a bigger space in room and can put a wardrobe in it.
Type B: Kitchen next the living room? so the living room will easily become dirty coz the oily smoke. One question: How people live in type B going out to Backyard? haha...
