rice shaper and Salted fish

Just bought this at DAISO




tadaaa... I didn't cook rice for so long, and I ended cooked the rice just for the purpose of trying the mold..







Today I had salted fish from Pangkor as lunch .

Macaron Recipe

材料:

糖粉 60g

杏仁粉 60g

蛋白 1

砂糖 50g

開心果仁碎 適量

做法:

糖粉和杏仁粉過篩2次後備用

蛋白打起泡,再分次加入砂糖,快速打到溼性發泡的蛋白霜

把過篩的粉類分次加到蛋白霜中,用橡皮刀輕輕的、輕輕的拌勻為表面光亮的麵糊

麵 糊裝進擠花袋中,擠出適當大小後,灑上開心果仁碎,放置約30分鐘讓表面乾燥 (麵糊乾燥的時間長短不一定,可能更長),用手摸不沾黏即可

烤箱預熱至175

烤盤下方再墊個烤盤,放入烤箱烤6 ~7分鐘後,再把烤箱溫度調到100℃,抽掉下方的烤盤,繼續烘烤11分鐘,接著把烤盤布拖到濕的布上,等待冷卻後再取下Macaron,兩片Macaron中間夾著適量的Ganache或自己喜歡口味的奶油餡 !!!
